top 3. It was smooth, easy to drink, especially when I mixed it with cytosport muscle milk collegiate dextrose for my post workout shake. So top marks there.

Ingredients: As far as whats in it, Id say it slightly above average when compared with other WPIs (whey protein isolates). It contains around

95% pure whey protein with only a few grams of fat (a trace of trans-fats). Total carbs is also very low, which makes it a good choice for
weight loss or using as a meal replacement.
